03. The tenderer must have foreshore license from BIWTA.

04. The tenderer must have experience in the docking repair works of ships, pontoons, dredgers, ferries, barge or any type of self propelled vessels under public sector as Prime Contractor.

05. The Tenderer must possess a valid Trade License for the relevant business type.
