The Tenderer must have:

1. The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 05 years.

2. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 01 contract successfully completed within the last 05 years, each with a value of at least Tk. 14.00 lakh.

3. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk18.00 lakh.

4. The tenderer shall submit all legal documents such as Valid Trade License, up to date income Tax Certificate with TIN, VAT Registration number etc.

5. Authorization certificate issued by the Manufacture or Manufacturer’s authorized distributor must be attached with tender Documents.

6. Other Notable terms are described in the ITT, TDS and PCC which must be strictly followed.
