Should be free from unwanted objects (such as sand, stones, etc.); Grain description: Should be whole. Grains should be of uniform size. Should be free from black/other colored grains; Taste: Should be tasty; Hardness: Should break the grains of lentils when chewed with teeth but should not flatten. That is, they should be properly dried; Standard: Should be high quality small grain lentils. It must be completely clean, free from harmful substances and radioactive substances.
