1.Valid Trade License
2.Valid TIN and BIN Certificate
3.Updated TAX Return and Valid VAT Certificate

5. Certification of Incorporation
6. Valid Import Registration Certificate (IRC)
8. Tenderer Must have submit Three (03) year’s Audit Report.
9.The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 03 years.
10.The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of computer accessories of at least [01] contract successfully completed within the last [01] year with a value of at least Tk.50,000,00.00 for the government/semi government/autonomous organization.
11.The minimum supply and/or production capacity of Goods is: 100 Units supply or production capacity per year
12.The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e; working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk: 80,00,000.00
13. Manufacturer’s Authorization Letter (MAL) is required from OEM for Desktop Computer, Laptop and Printer. Only Original MAL is accepted, any local Distributor/Partnership MAL is not accepted.
14. ISO Certificate for Company i,e; ISO 9001:2015 for Quality Management, ISO 45001:2018 for Occupational health and safety and ISO 14001:2015 for Environmental management.
15. The Tenderer will be delivered the Products within 30 Days after issuing the Notification of Award (NoA).
