Eligibility of Consultant :	1. Any / AlI tenderers who have registered in e-GP system may participate in thetender provided that they fulfill the criteria as stated in Tender Document N.B: i) Tenderers are requested to fill different Tender Forms (Section 5: Tender andContract Forms) properly with necessary information and by uploading necessarydocument(s), which will be considered for tender evaluation. ii) Unnecessary / Excess document(s) are discouraged to upload/attach. Special Notes: 1. The monthly remuneration for support staff shall be quoted in accordance with theGovernment Outsourcing Policy-2025, issued vide Memo No.07.00.0000.153.99.0001.21.178 dated 15/04/2024. The quoted monthly rate for eachcategory of support staff shall not be lower than the minimum rate prescribed inSchedule-Kha of the Outsourcing Policy-2025. If any tenderer quotes less than therate specified in the Outsourcing Policy-2025, the tender shall be deemed non-responsive. 2. The tenderer shall submit duly signed service agreements between the tendererand proposed key expert, mentioning the negotiated remuneration, for all proposedKey Experts. If the remuneration quoted by any tenderer is less than the remunerationspecified in the duly signed service agreements submitted for the proposed KeyExperts, the tenderer shall be considered non-responsive. 3. Total cost shall be entered by the Tenderer, which shall be inclusive of profit,overhead, all kinds of applicable taxes, customs duties, fees, levies, VAT, and othercharges payable by the Service Provider under the contract. 4. Unit rates for each item shall be entered by the Tenderer, which shall be inclusive ofall kinds of applicable taxes, customs duties, fees, levies, VAT, and other chargespayable by the Service Provider under the contract
