5. Business start year Reg. reference number with trade license and trade license payment slip.

6. Quality certificate for schedule items.

7 . Tender capasity or sales turnover Affidavit must submit.

8. As per PPA 2025 , rule 2 must mentioned "supplier" in Trade license , VAT and others docments

9. Warranty Certificate for 2 Year to be submitted by tenderer.
