Selection of Individual Consultant - Program Specialist. The Program Specialist is responsible for preparation of plans and strategies for the proper advocacy in favor of the LDC graduation process along with program management activities. Details in ToR
• The Consultant must have at least Master's Degree in Social Sciences/Economics/ Commerce/Business or any relevant field from any reputed university; • At least 10 (Ten) years of work experience in the field of development project and public sector • Experience in Project Management at midlevel position of GoB/Aided project: • Work experience in releasing funds, making ADP/RADP proposals for projects, • Working experiences of preparing re-appropriation of financial allocations of development project • Excellent analytical, organizational and managerial skills; • Strong knowledge on preparing and revision project proposal of Technical Assistance Project, • Experience in the usage of computers and office software packages, including MS Office, project management, etc. • Excellent written and speaking skills in English language. • Successful completion of training courses or programs in Programme/Project Analysis; • Successful completion of courses in e-Governance Project Management, Training on Result based Project Management, Training on Project Management, Successful Project Design & Implementation will be given preference.
