(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in Construction Works as Prime Contractor shall be 03 (three) years.( ITT 13.1(a) ) (b) A satisfactory completion of at least 1 (one) similar nature construction work as a Prime Contractor of under single contract within the last 3(Three) years of a value of at least Tk. 34.00 (Thirty Four point zero) lac in any Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh. ( ITT 13.1(b)) (c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 33.00 (Thirty three point zero) Lac over the last 5(Five) years in any Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT. A summary sheet of last five years Turnover to be submitted with all supporting documents. For Turnover calculation, Financial Year wise payment Certificate from Concern PE is required.( ITT 14.1(a)) (d) The minimum amount of free fund (liquid assets) i.e. working capitals or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 35.00 (Thirty Five point zero) Lac. Document of Liquid Assets to be submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Certificate of unconditional Liquid Asset must be submitted in prescribed form i.e. in ePW2A-8 form published by CPTU, otherwise the tender will be summarily rejected. ITT 14.1(b) (e) The Tenderer must have up-to-date Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate, up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate (if applicable). (f) Minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk. 45.00 (Forty Five point zero) lac. The Tenderer must submit Tender Capacity Calculation sheet. (ITT 14.1(c))
