Experience, Resources and delivery capacity required :	• The Consultant's must have at least Bachelor degree in Science/Commerce/Arts from any recognized university; • Master’s degree in the relevant will be given preference • Minimum five years’ working experiences in any development project. • Experience of working with ERD and development partners (DPs) will be given preference for this assignment; • Proficiency in computer operation with experience in working independently; • Must possess good communication skill in English both written and spoken. • Basic knowledge and understanding of GoB project management/administration is desirable; • Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
