1 This Invitation for Tenders is open to all potential Tenderer in Bangladesh. 2. Tenderer shall have the up-to-date valid Trade license(s) and ABC license issued by the corresponding competent authority. 3. Tenderer shall have the up-to-date valid NID, VAT, TAX return documents issued by the corresponding competent authority. 4. Tenderer shall have the Grid Sub-station Equipment Painting work experience documents issued by the Government/Semi-Gov. or Autonomous authority. 5. Tenderer shall have the up-to-date Liquid Assets related Document. (In-case of Bank statement, the tenderer must provide at least six month statement). 6. All materials, equipment and associated services to be supplied under the Contract are from eligible sources. 7. The Tenderer shall provide evidence of their continued eligibility, such as Power of Attorney, Manpower List, Annual Turnover Reports for the last three years, and any other relevant documents, as may be reasonably requested by the Procuring Entity to its satisfaction.
