1. The tenderer must have a Valid and up to dated Trade license, TIN Certificate, VAT registration, IRC and Income Tax Certificate. 2. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e., solid Bank Solvency/ Bank Statement/ line of credit, net of other contractual commitments is BDT 8 (Eight) lakh. 3. The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 6 [Six] Month, years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. 4. The minimum specific experience as a Supplier in the supply of Instruments and Control Goods of at least BDT 8 (Eight) lakh under a maximum of 2 (Two) contract in the last 5 (Five) years, and successful completion of at least 1 (one) contract where DCS/PLC I/O/HMI integration was done in any government, semi-government, autonomous government, government-owned or private company. Years are counted backward from the date of publication of the IFT in the e-GP System. 5. The Tenderer must submit a 6 (six) month warranty certificate for the items. 6. Proper documentation (Catalogue, O&M Manual) should be supplied, which will be verified during evaluation. Inappropriate documentation will cause the tender to be rejected.
