(1) Up-to-date Valid Trade License , Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate with Acknowledgement Slip that proof the taxation clearance, e-BIN (Vat) registration certificate. (2). The general experience as supplier in supply of similar nature goods of minimum under 01 (One) contracts successfully completed the last 5 years in the Government/ Semi- Government/Autonomous organizations.
(3). The specific experience as supplier in supply of similar nature goods of minimum 15.00 lakh under 01 (One) contracts successfully completed the last 5 years in the Government/ Semi- Government/Autonomous organizations.
(4). The Tenderer shall have minimum liquid assets (working capital or credit line) of not less than BDT 24.00 (Twenty four) Lakh, issued by any scheduled bank of Bangladesh. The amount of liquid assets must be supported by a Bank Statement or Credit Facility Certificate in accordance with PPR Form PG2-5, issued not earlier than twenty-eight (28) days prior to the original deadline for submission of the Tender.
(5). Manufacturer Authorization Letter or Contract deed with the Importers/Manufacturer (Where applicable).
(6). A copy of the invoice/challan (including product serial numbers) purchased from an authorized partner must be submitted at the time of delivery of the toneer.
(7). The Supplier must quote the original toner price. Use of counterfeit or compatible toner is strictly prohibited.
