The folowing documents must be submitted along with the submitted documents. Otherwise, the tender wil be considered as canceled.
1. Updated copy of valid trade license. 2. Updated income tax clearance certificate & E-tin certificate. 3. Updated vat registration certificate. 4. A latest certified copy of bank solvency certificate or line of credit According to PG3-8 Form.
5. The tenderer must submit a bank statement for the last 1 year. 6. A certificate of ownership of the company. 7. Citizenship certificate & national identity card copy. 8. Similar work experience at least 01 years & Over all woark experience at least 05 years. 9. The bidder must have its own flour mill or have an agreement with another flour mill. 10. Must submit a certificate stating that you are not blacklisted. 11. The wheat milling shortage rate should be below 1.50% and the wheat milling shortage rate should be mentioned in the respective pad. 12. The milled flour should be supplied in hygienic 0.12 mm thick poly packs of 2 kg and 5 kg as per the requirement. The weight, date of production and expiry date should be clearly mentioned on the pack.
Crushing Wheat Supply for year round ration of Railway Police Dhaka. FY-2026-2027 2nd quarters (01 Oct/2026 to 31 Dec/2026)
1) High quality white flour by grinding wheat. 2) As per the instructions of the Police Headquarters, The milled flour should be supplied in hygienic 0.12 mm thick poly packs of 2 kg and 5 kg as per the requirement. The weight, date of production and expiry date should be clearly mentioned on the pack.
3) The wheat alocated each month, the transport contractor wil transport it to the mil by himself, and after grinding the wheat, the transport contractor wil be responsible for transporting the miled flour to the police ration store at his own expense and storing it in the warehouse. 4) The wheat bags supplied from the government warehouse must be deposited in the ration store along with the delivery invoice. 5) Before grinding wheat, it must be thoroughly cleaned, including hulering. 6) Sample of Wheat Flour (Ata) must be submitted to Railway Police Office Dhaka before the opening of the tender.
