The Tenderer shall have i) A minimum of 05 (Five) years of general experience. (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT). ii) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 01 contract of similar nature successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 60.00 Lac only. iii) Minimum Average Annual Construction Turnover shall be greater than Tk. 110.00 Lac within the last 05 years. iv) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities Tk. 66.00 Lac. v) The minimum tender capacity not less than TK. 70.00 lac only. vi) Up to date Valid Trade License. vii) Valid VAT Certificate/ BIN certificate. viii) Up to date Valid ABC class Electrical contractor and Supervisory License from Electrical Licensing Board, Bangladesh; ix) Up to date valid income tax clearance certificate from NBR. x) An assurance certificate declaring explicitly to perform the job within time duly. xi) Activity Schedule depicting work plan and method, personnel, equipment. 2. All other required qualifications, special terms & conditions of the tender are shown in the ITT, GCC & Tender Data Sheet (TDS). 3. If any condition is not fulfilled and documents are not submitted along with the tender, the bidder will be non-responsive. PPR 2025 and PPA 2006 shall be followed.
