1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in public sector as Prime Contractor/ Sub-Contractor /Management Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years. 2. The specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Sub Contractor in Construction works of at least 1 (One) contract of Construction Works successfully completed within the last five years valuing Minimum BDT 1.00 (One Crore) constructed through any Government/ Semi Government/Autonomous organization in Bangladesh. 3. The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 05 (Five) years of BDT 75.00 Lac (Seventy Five Lac). Total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed contracts under public sector during last 5 (five) years must be submitted along with the tender in support of average annual construction turnover. 4. The minimum amount of liquid asset i, e. working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be BDT 50.00 Lac (Fifty Lac). Credit line(s) shall be substantiated by any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh in the format as specified (Form PW2a-8) without alteration. 5. Tender capacity of tenderer must be minimum BDT. 1.00 Crore (One Crore). 6. The Tenderer must possess Up-to-date Trade License, VAT Registration certificate, TIN and TAX clearance certificate. 7. VAT and Income Tax will be deducted as per latest government instructions.
