Information for Tenderer/Consultant :

Eligibility of Consultant :	1.The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in contracting industries in public sector as Prime Service Provider shall be 05 (Five) years. 2. The minimum specific experience as a Service Provider (Prime Contractor) in providing physical service of similar nature and complexity completed over a period of 05 (Five) years shall be 02 (two) contracts, each with a value of at least BDT 45.00 lakh. 3. The required average annual turnover of the Tenderer shall be at least BDT 25.00 lakh over the last 03 (three) financial years. 4. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination thereof shall be BDT 10.00 lakh. 5. The minimum academic qualifications and relevant experience of the Lift Supervisor and Lift Operator shall be as follows: Lift Supervisor shall have at least HSC or equivalent/HSC Vocational with relevant trade certification, with a minimum of 05 (five) years of total experience, including 03 (three) years of relevant experience. Lift Operator shall have at least SSC or equivalent qualification, with a minimum of 02 (two) years of total experience, including 01 (one) year of relevant experience.
Brief Description of assignment :	The Service includes operation, routine preventive maintenance, surveillance, repair, testing, adjustment and troubleshooting of 02 (Two) Nos. LG Brand and 03 (Three) Nos. MOVI Brand passenger lifts installed at Petrocentre Building of Petrobangla. The Service Provider shall ensure safe, reliable and uninterrupted operation of the lifts through deployment of qualified personnel, regular inspection, emergency response service, submission of maintenance reports and replacement of consumables and necessary spare parts as required under the contract.
