Eligible contractors shall have:

1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 03 (Three) years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP Portal.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 1 (One) contract of building construction or similar works with a value of at least BDT 16.50 (Sixteen point five zero) lakhs only successfully completed in any government/semi-government/autonomous organization of Bangladesh within the last 05 (Five) years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP Portal.
3. Tenderer should have Work experience in KPI or Restricted area.
4. The required minimum average annual construction turnover shall be BDT 22.00  (Twenty Two ) Lakhs in the best 03 (Three) years over the last 05 (Five) years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e- GP Portal.
5. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them in prescribed format, of the Tenderer shall be BDT 27.00 (Twenty Seven ) Lacs Only.
6. The minimum tender capacity shall be BDT 19.50  (Nineteen point five zero) Lakhs Only.
7. The Tenderer shall submit updated Trade License, Income Tax Clearance Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate and other necessary documents.
8. Tenderers are encouraged to visit the relevant work site and submit a complete site visit report, duly authenticated by the Engineer-in-Charge not below the rank of SDE, herewith.
