Minimum 05 (five) years’ experience in supplying similar goods, supported by documentary evidence. 7. Valid Manufacturer’s Authorization Certificate, where applicable. 8. Citizenship Certificate and National Identity Card copy of the proprietor/authorized representative, where applicable. 9. A duly signed declaration confirming that the Tenderer has not been blacklisted, debarred, suspended or declared ineligible by any competent authority. 10. Failure to submit any mandatory document specifically required under the Tender Document/TDS, or submission of invalid, expired, false or misleading documents, may render the Tender non-responsive and liable for rejection in accordance with the applicable provisions of the PPR and the Tender Document. 11.
