| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
1. The Tenderer must be a citizen of Bangladesh or a registered entity in Bangladesh, possessing a valid up-to-date Trade License (for paper supply/trade), a valid 13-digit VAT Registration Certificate, and an up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate with a valid e-TIN.
2. The Tenderer must not be insolvent, bankrupt, or have its business activities suspended. The Tenderer must not be debarred by the Central Procurement Technical Unit (CPTU) or any other government, semi-government, or autonomous body.
3. The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 03 (three) years of general experience in the supply of papers and related services.
4. The Tenderer must successfully complete at least 01 (one) similar contract involving the supply of printing/writing paper to any Government, Semi-Government, Autonomous body or any other organization within the last 05 (five) years, with a minimum value of BDT 1,80,00,000/- (BDT One Crore Eighty Lakh).
5. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facility net of other contractual commitments must be BDT 2,10,00,000/- (BDT Two Crore Ten Lakh).
6. The Tenderer shall submit 01 (One) sealed Ream of Double Demy (Length: 36", Width: 23") 70 GSM Domestic White Offset Paper and 01 (One) sealed Ream of Legal 80 GSM Domestic White Offset Paper as samples to the Central Store, Office of the Registrar, University of Dhaka before the Tender Closing date and time. Delivery of the samples must be acknowledged by an official sample receipt, a copy of which must be scanned and uploaded with the technical bid. Failure to submit samples before the closing deadline shall result in the rejection of the Tender.
