Conditions of Transporting Power Transformer:
Power Transformer Carring & Inspection: Power Transformer (GS-47) transportation By Trailor from Central Warehouse, Shiromoni, Khulna to Mohonpur 33/11 KV Outdoor Substation, Rajshahi Palli Bidyut Samity.
Lifting Equipment: Suitable cranes or hydraulic lifts must be used for loading and unloading. Soft but strong ropes or straps must be used for tying to prevent damage to the power transformer surface.
Traffic Rules & Driving Safety: All traffic laws must be followed during transit. High speeds and sudden braking must be avoided so that the power transformer do not shift or move.
Safe Unloading: Power Transformer must be unloaded carefully upon reaching the destination using cranes or hydraulic lifts. Power Transformer must not be dropped directly onto the ground; wooden or rubber pads must be used to ensure safety.
Damage Compensation: If Power Transformer is damaged during loading, unloading, or transportation, the contractor must pay full compensation to PBS.
Third-Party Liability: If any worker, local member of the public, or public/private property is harmed or damaged during operations, the contractor alone must bear full compensation. PBS authority will hold no responsibility for this.
