| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
1. Eligible e-GP Tenderers fulfilling the requirements of STD, TDS and PPR-2025, with valid Trade License, TIN and required documents, may participate.
2. Only Work/Payment Certificates issued or authenticated by the concerned Procuring Entity (PE) shall be considered for turnover calculation.
3. Payment, including R/A Bills, shall be subject to availability of budget allocation and release of funds. No additional claim or interest for payment delay shall be entertained as per Contract provisions.
4. The Contractor shall maintain required work progress as per the approved work programme and Contract.
5. The latest applicable BWDB Technical Specifications, Particular Specifications and relevant guidelines shall govern the Works.
6. Design/drawings may be revised, if required, and BOQ quantities may increase or decrease as per Contract provisions.
7. Pre-work and post-work measurements shall be taken by the BWDB Taskforce and authorized Engineer-in-Charge. Final payment shall be based on accepted final measurements.
8. The Contractor shall take over the work site as made available by the Procuring Entity in accordance with the Contract.
9. Applicable non-life insurance for public property and related risks/liabilities shall be arranged through Sadharan Bima Corporation, as required by applicable law.
10 All applicable provisions of PPR-2025, STD, TDS, Specifications and BWDB Taskforce Guidelines, including amendments, shall be complied with.
***The Tenderer is advised to visit and inspect the work site prior to submission of the Tender and verify all relevant site conditions, constraints and other necessary information. The Tenderer shall be deemed to have considered such conditions in preparing and submitting the Tender.
