Eligibility of Tenderer :
1. Only e-GP registered Tenderers/Firms may participate. 2. Tenderers must fulfill the qualification criteria for each package as specified in the TDS and other tender documents. 3. Tenderers shall carefully read and comply with Section 2 (TDS), Section 4 (PCC) and Section 8 (Particular Specifications). Special Instructions: 1. Payment is subject to budget allocation and fund availability; however, work shall continue with proportionate progress. 2. Only work certificates issued by the PE for works executed with public funds shall be considered for qualification. 3. The Contractor shall arrange land/other facilities required for execution at own cost. 4. The Contractor shall bear test fees for all required tests directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 5. Before and after execution, the Contractor shall take and submit videos/photos showing the actual work condition to the PE. 6. Taskforce guidelines and uploaded BWDB specifications shall be followed. 7. Geobags/CC Blocks rejected by BWDB/Taskforce Committee shall be dumped/placed as directed, without additional payment. 8. Tenderers shall comply with ITT Clause 89 and its sub-clauses. 9. If any submitted document is corrupted and cannot be opened by the Evaluation Team, no claim shall be entertained. 10. The package quantity/work may be increased, decreased or dropped based on field condition, design, administrative approval or fund availability; no claim shall be entertained for cancellation or non-issuance of work order. 11. NOA shall be issued after publication of the project GO and AO. 12. Taskforce measurement shall be final for quantity and quality of materials. 13. The latest Government circulars on procurement and execution of works shall apply.
