1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the tenderer in any electrical work on 132kV and above transmission line as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 3 years.

2.The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor is at least 1 (one) contract in 132kV and above transmission line stringing/reconductoring work for ACCC conductors, successfully completed within the last 8 years, with each contract having a value of at least BDT 3 crore.

3.The bidder must submit valid and updated VAT and Income Tax certificates along with all other necessary supporting documents.

4.The bidder must visit the site before submission of the tender and submit an affidavit in favor of site visit.

5.The contractor who has failed to complete any work in Power Grid are not eligible for the tender.

6.Other clauses which is in GCC and SCC also applicable.
