| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
1. All Tenderer(s) registered in e-GP are eligible to participate in the tender if they are otherwise qualified.
2. The tenderer(s) must fulfill the following requirements. a) A minimum general experience of 01 years. b) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar (Tyre Items) Goods of at least 01 contract(s) successfully completed within the last 05 years with a value of at least Tk. [12.00 lakh].
c) A minimum liquid asset of a Taka [16.00 Lakh] is required. 4. A tenderer not having sufficient information in the TDMS system may be evaluated as ineligible.
5. Tenderer must submit the VAT certificate, IT certificate, Trade License, NID, Bank Solvency Certificate, liquid assets, Income Tax Assessment Year shall be [2025-2026], general and Specific similar experience certificates, technical specifications, and other required documents along with the tender documents. All documents submitted in the e-GP system must also be sent as printed hard copies to the Director, Planning, Development and Works, Room No. 216, Admin Building, GSTU, Gopalganj, within two (02) days of the tender opening.
6. Tender opening, processing, evaluation, issue of NOA, issue of work order, cancellation, and all other rights reserved by the University Authority. 8. The original proprietor(1st Party) must execute this Printing Items work.
