1. Manufacturer Authorization letter must be submitted along with the bid. The tenderer must be Agent who have minimum 5 (Five) years of general experience for supply of 6'' dia SS Strainer, 14'' dia MS ERW Housing Pipe and submersible pump motor with accessories. Authorization letter from Distributor/Dealer/Trading house will not be accepted. 2. Warranty Certificate by the Manufacturer and Local agent/supplier should be submitted 01 (one) year warranty from the date of acceptance of the supplied goods. 3. Documents for shipment of Materials from manufacturer's Country of Origin provided by Manufacturer/Local Agent. 4. The Tenderer must have a specific experience in similar nature of work (Supply of 2 cusec force mode pump boring accessories) as per Tender Data Sheet. 5. The Tenderer shall have specific experience of satisfactory completion of supply of similar goods (MS Housing Pipe, & SS Strainer) of 200.00 Lakhs and 50.00 Lakhs (Submersible motors and accessories) under in a single/two contract in last 03 years in any Government/Semi Government/Autonomous organization. 6. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility is Tk.200.00 Lakhs. 7. Tenderer should be submitted BUET Test Report within the last 2 years of goods supply (MS Housing pipe, SS Strainer, submersible pump with motors). 8. The Manufacturer should have valid ISO 9001:2015 Certificate of Manufacturer must be submitted with the bid. 9. The Bidder must submit sample of 6" dia S.S Strainer, 14" Dia MS ERW Housing Pipe, MS Column Pipe, GI Blind Pipe (each One Meter length) and submersible pump with motor one set on 11.10.2026 within 4:00 PM at the office of the Executive Engineer, BADC, Habiganj. The receipt copy of sample must have to submit with the tender document.
