1. The Tenderer who has a minimum of 05 (Five) years of overall experience in the supply of goods and related services will be eligible for this tender.
2. The Tenderer must have a specific experience in supply of 5 KVA/10 KVA Transformer at least minimum work order value of Tk. 200.00 (Taka Two Hundred) Lakh of a single contract completed over the last 05 (Five) years in any Government or semi government or Autonomous organization.
3.The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 200.00 (Two Hundred) lakh.. In case of free funds, Bank Statement/Statements must be submitted and it shall have to remain up to issue of NOA. For credit Line from bank, Tender ID No, specific package/Lot No., name of the work, addressed to the PD must be shown in the Credit Commitment form from any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh (available in the TDS) and to be issued not before publication date of the tender.
4. The work of the packages may be totally dropped, decrease or increase as per field condition/ design/budget allocation for which no claim shall be entertained.
5. Payment shall be made subject to availability of fund. No Claim in this regard will be entertained.
6.  The Tenderer who are interested to participate are requested to read the Tender Document thoroughly before submitting the tender.

7. Audit Report with DVC (Document Verification Code) of last 3 (Three) years Must be
Submit along with offer.
 8. The bidder must submit a sample of 01 (one) 5kva and 01 (one) 10kva Transformer on 11.10.2026 within 4:00 PM  at the office of the Executive Engineer, BADC, Habiganj. The receipt copy of sample must have to submit with the tender document.
