a) The minimum number of years of general experience of tenderer in the electrical works shall be 05 (five) years
b) The Tenderer must have successful completion experience of at least 01 (one) completed supply & installation of 11KV or 33KV electrical HT line works at least Tk.30.00 lakh during last 05 (five) years in Govt./ Semi Govt./ Autonomous Bodies. The work completion certificates shall have to be issued by the officer not below the rank and status of an Executive Engineer or equivalent officer of concerned Department/ Organization. c) The minimum average annual turnover is Tk.90.00 lakh (Best 03 years of last 05 years will be considered). All work completion certificates must be enclosed with the tender. d) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 30 lac (as per ePW2A-8 format). e) Black listed/debarred bidders from any Govt./Semi Govt./ Autunomous Organization will be treated as ineligible to participate in the tender. f) Up-to- date Trade license, Income Tax Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate & ABC eletrical contactory and supervisory license to be submitted. g) Other required conditions and documents of the tenderer are shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of tender documents must be fulfilled. h) All other criteria will be taken according to the Public Procurement Act-2006 and its amendment.
