1. The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 03 (Three) years of general experience in servicing, maintenance, overhauling and/or repair of Diesel Generators.
2. The Tenderer shall have successfully completed at least 01 (one) contract of servicing, maintenance, overhauling and/or repair of Diesel Generator of minimum 200 KVA capacity within the last 05 (five) years, substantiated by a Completion Certificate issued or duly certified by the concerned Procuring Entity/Organization.
3. The Tenderer shall have adequate technical manpower and experienced technicians/engineers capable of carrying out 3000 operating hours maintenance and servicing of the existing 250 KVA Diesel Generator.
4. The Tenderer shall have adequate tools, testing instruments, diagnostic equipment and workshop facilities required for servicing, inspection, testing and maintenance of Diesel Generators.
5. The Tenderer shall submit documentary evidence of similar experience, including Work Order/Contract Agreement and Completion Certificate, as applicable.
6. The Tenderer shall have a valid Trade License, TIN Certificate, BIN/VAT Registration Certificate and up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate, as applicable under prevailing government rules.
7. The Tenderer shall be financially solvent and shall have the minimum liquid assets/working capital/credit facility as specified in the TDS.
8. The Tenderer shall not have any conflict of interest, and shall comply with the applicable provisions of PPA 2006, PPR 2025 and e-GP Guidelines.
9. If any OEM/manufacturer-specific spare parts, filters, lubricants or technical requirements are specified in the Technical Specification, the Tenderer shall provide the required Manufacturer’s Authorization/Certificate or documentary evidence of authorized sourcing, where applicable.
