Brief Description of assignment :	Provision of 100 Mbps Fixed Bandwidth (Underground Fiber) Broadband Internet Service with Wi-Fi Facility as an Alternative Internet Connection for the Bangladesh National Museum, Including Technical Support and Related Services
Experience, Resources and delivery capacity required :	1) Service provider must have valid nationwide ISP license from BTRC. 2) Service provider must have 24/7 Network Operations Center (NOC) services to ensure continuous monitoring, rapid issue resolution and uninterrupted network performance. 3) Service provider must have our own FNA and GGC caching servers to ensure faster content delivery, reduced latency and an enhanced user experience. 4) Service provider must have successfully completed CCNA, certifications employee. 5) Service provider must have primary data center and Disaster Recovery (DR) data center for ensuring reliable connectivity, redundancy and uninterrupted service delivery. 6) Service provider must have IX connectivity.
Other details (if applicable) :	The assignment shall include provision, installation, configuration, commissioning and uninterrupted operation of 100 Mbps dedicated/fixed broadband internet connectivity through underground optical fiber for Bangladesh National Museum, including necessary networking equipment, Wi-Fi facilities, technical support, troubleshooting, preventive and corrective maintenance, bandwidth monitoring, network security, and all other related services required for reliable and uninterrupted internet connectivity throughout the contract period. One dedicated Service Support engineer must be assign at BNM premisses for ensure the internet bandwidth quality & uninterrupted service in the BNM. Education qualification: minimum diploma in engineering & have experience with one year. During leave for the support engineer, service provider must send a replacement.
