1) The Tenderer must submit a confirmation letter from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM)/Direct Subsidiary Company of Manufacturer/Direct Channel partner or Distributor of Manufacturer/Manufacturer’s nominated overseas Export House/ Trading House for offered items stating that the supplied product is new, unused and in good condition at the time of goods delivery. 2) Manufacturer’s name, model number, Brand name and country of origin must be mentioned in the offer. 3) Model/Part Number, Brand and COO must be marked on the body of goods (As standard label). 4) Manufacturer test certificate (if any)/Calibration certificate (if any) of the goods & Installation/Operation & Maintenance manual must be supplied at the time of goods delivery. 5) The tenderer must submit the manufacturer's catalogue (also marked in the catalog) in English along with the offer. 6) The Tenderer must submit a declaration letter with the offer stating that the supplied items fully comply with the technical specifications and match the existing GPFPLC system without any modification. 7) Minimum 01(one) year warranty after confirmation of quality certificate (QC).
