• Academic Qualification: Minimum Master’s degree in Remote Sensing and GIS, or Geomatics, Environmental Science, or any closely related field.
• Age Limit: Under 40 years at the closing date of EOI submission.

Experience, Resources and
delivery capacity required : |
• Technical Expertise:
o Expert command over GIS software (e.g., ArcGIS, ArcGIS Pro, QGIS), remote sensing toolkits (GDAL, SNAP), and cloud platforms (Google Earth Engine, SEPAL).
o Advanced programming skills in Python or R; knowledge of JavaScript will be an added advantage.
o Proven hands-on experience in Machine Learning and Deep Learning techniques for geospatial data analysis (e.g., Random Forest, SVM, CNN, ANN, RNN).
o Demonstrated expertise in LULC classification, change detection, and predictive modeling for agricultural and coastal environments.
o Experience in salinity intrusion mapping, coastal hydrology, tidal river systems, waterlogging assessment, climate change adaptation, agricultural drought assessment, and delta and coastal ecosystem analysis;
o Demonstrated strong analytical skills with experience in applying advanced statistical methods to derive insights from complex datasets.
