(1) Up to date valid trade license (2) Up to date income tax clearance certificate (3) Up to date VAT registration certificate (4) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shal be Tk 5.00 lac. (5) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least one (1) contract successfuly completed within the last 3 years, with a value of at least Tk. 4.00 lac. (6) National Identity Card (7) Bond countersigned on the pad of the organization stating that the firm/organization of the tenderer is not blacklisted (8) 03 (three) sample signatures on the pad of the organization attested by a 1st class officer (9) Contractor's license for the implementation of the relevant work (10) Other qualifications as mentioned in the tender document/schedule.
