1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 03 (Three) years (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT)

2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor in repair/ construction of flexible pavement of at least one (1) contract successfully completed within the last Twenty (20) years, with a value of at least BDT 12,00,00,000.00 (Twelve Crore); years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. [The experience should be certified by designated officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer.]
