1.Only local manufacturer who have industrial license of producing uPVC materials will be allowed to bid this tender.
2.Updated ISO standardization certificate of the Manufacturer must be submitted with the offer.
3.Manufacturer must have industrial Project registration license issued by the Board of investment Government of Bangladesh.
4.The bidders can either bid for all tender in the same package & could be awarded one tender if they satisfy the aggregate qualification criteria.
5. The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods (315mm dia uPVC pipes and Fittings) of minimum Tk. 70.00 (Seventy ) Lakhs under single contracts in the last 5(Five) of years
6. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Tk. 70.00 (Seventy) Lakhs
7.The minimum production capacity or availability of equipment is/are: Production capacity of uPVC pipe of the tenderer’s factory must have minimum 150 (One Hundred Fifty) meter per day. The purchaser may send representative to verify the technical and production ability of the manufacturer. The Tenderer will have to bear all cost of factory inspection
8.The work of the packages may be totally dropped, decrease or increase as per field condition/ design/ budget allocation for which no claim shall be entertained.
9. Audit Report with DVC (Document Verification Code) of last 3 (Three) years Must be
Submit along with offer.
10. Payment shall be made subject to availability of fund. No Claim in this regard will be entertained.
11. The bidder must submit sample of uPVC pipe with 01(One) meter length, for each lot item on 27.10.2026 within 4:00 P.M at the PD Office, Sech complex, BADC, Jashoe. The receipt copy of sample must have to submit with the tender document.
