1. the BIdder must be submite athorization certificate the manufacturer .
2. Original catalogue/Brochures of manufacturer (as specified in Special terms and conditions of tender specification) for the bidding materials
3. Condition : The contractor shall submit the sample before the submission at pd office BADC, jashore or during the evaluation of the tender, if the contracting organization fulfills all the conditions of the tender, the letter for the submission of the sample will be issued. If the sample is submitted accordingly, the tender will be considered responsive otherwise it will be non-responsive.
4. The bidder must arrange a FAT factory acceptance training at manufacturer country.
5.The test of the sample of technically & commercially responsive lowest bidder(s) for each lot will be done separately at the laboratory of recognized technical institution as per tender specification and terms-conditions. All costs including handling, carrying & testing will be borne by the supplier. The bidder must pay the test charges to BUET/MIST for each lot before testing. On test, if the sample fails to confirm the tender specification, then the offer will be rejected. In that case if Project Director (WEAPP), BADC, Jashore desire, sample of 2nd lowest responsive bidder may send for BUET/MIST test and so on. The bidder must send the sample for BUET test within 7 (seven) days of the date of issuing instruction letter.
6.. A responsive Tenderer will be awarded Maximum single no of contract from each type of works.All floated tender are a according to current ADP allocation.
