1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer as Prime Contractor/Sub Contractor/Management Contractor shall be Five (5) years.; counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
2. The Tenderer shall have minimum specific experience as a prime contractor of successfully completion of at least 01 (one) contract for the engagement of hiring service of jeep car within the last three (3) years, with a value of at least Taka 20,00,000.00 (Taka Twenty Lac only); years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the Newspaper.
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e., working capital or credit facilities or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Taka 20,00,000.00 (Taka Twenty Lac only).
4. The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following documents:
(a) Updated Trade License (updated up to year 2026-27)
(b) VAT Registration Certificate
(c) Updated Income Tax Claerance Certificate Certificate
(d) Documentary evidence confirming the technical specifications of the vehicles for this tender:
(e) Curriculum Vitae (CV), valid Driving license, copy of NID of the Driver.
(f) LOI of providing fuel for the vehicle on 24/7 basis from a certified renowned local filling station at Coxs Bazar as per user requirement.
(g) Contract Agreement/ LOI of serivicing and repairing car with/from renowned motor workshop at CoxsBazar and Dhaka.
(h) Local Distributor Authorisation Letter or Equivalent Document for the offered vehicle for hiring service.
(i) Others as per TDS
