Eligibility of Tenderer :	The following terms & conditions should be incorporated in the Tender Document- 1. Manuals, catalogues, brochures, leaflets etc. containing detailed specifications, drawings, dimensions and material quality certificate etc. should be submitted. 2. Warranty Certificate by the Manufacturer and local agent/supplier should be submitted. 01(One) year warranty from the date of acceptance of the supplied goods should be provided. 3. Authorization letter directly from Manufacturer and from the authorized country distributor. 4.Manufacturers CE (EC Declaration of conformity and compliance with relative EC directives) 5. Manufacturers ISO-9001:2020 or latest version certificate or equivalent certificate from Japan/USA/ EU countries should be submitted. 6. Tenderer shall visit the site in plant before closing of tender and detailed visit & inspection report confirming that the product is compatible with the existing process signed by plant personnel shall be submitted in tender submission. The Tender shall be rejected if the above information/documents are not submitted or the submitted information/documents are found to be unsatisfactory.
