1. Manufacturer/Exclusive Agent of Manufacturer are eligible to participate the tender. If the bidder is not the Manufacturer, Authorization letter from the Manufacturer must be submitted with the tender.
2. Bidder should have exclusive agency agreement with the pump motor manufacturer.
3. Bidder should have sufficient skilled manpower and locally after sales backup facilities with own workshop. Experience technical service persons should be on company's payroll (Proof of employment to be submitted with the bid documents).
4. Pump & Motor manufacturer should be ISO 9001 and 14001 certified and Bidder should be ISO 9001 certified company.
5. Bidder must have experience for the supply of minimum 100 sets of offered submersible pump Motor Brand in Govt./Semi Govt. organization in Bangladesh within last five years.
6. The Tenderer must submit all the required papers and documents to proof their eligibility as per tender documents (including technical specifications and Special terms and conditions).
7. The bidder shall have a minimum of specific experience in the successful completion of the supply of three-phase electric submersible pump motors for irrigation purposes, including submersible motor winding wire, under a single contract valued at Taka 5.20 crore where submersible within the last five years, to any Government, Semi-Government, or Autonomous Organization. Bidder should submit the work order with the completion certificate
8. The bidder shall have a minimum of experience winding wire value should be minimum 20 lac or above, within the last five years, to any Government, Semi-Government, or Autonomous Organization.
