Specific Experience: Lack of required specific or similar nature of experience as stipulated in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS). 2. Average Annual Construction Turnover (AACT): Failure to submit acceptable AACT documentation in the form of official payment certificates. 3. Financial Resources & Requirements: Non-compliance with the minimum financial requirements specified in the TDS: 4. For Liquid Assets or Credit Lines: Failure to submit a formal sanction letter/credit commitment from a scheduled bank. 5. For Working Capital: Failure to submit audited financial reports. 6.
