01. ITT 13.1 (a) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be [3] years. [years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper]
02. ITT 13.1 (b) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Mist Blower Machine work under Public Sector of at least [01] contract(s) successfully completed within the last [05] years, each with a value of at least Tk. [1,16,00,000.00].
03. ITT 14.1 (b) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk [1,54,00,000.00]
04. The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents:
i) Valid Trade License.
ii) Vat Registration.
iii) TIN Number.
iv) Nationality Certificate.
v) Business Address.
vi) Submit all test reports from the authorized institute. (No private certificate is allowed).
vii) The sample must be submitted in the PE address 2 days before the tender submission deadline and upload the receipt copy in the tender documents otherwise tenderer will be disqualified.
viii) Tenderer must have import license.
ix) Prior to shipment, arrangements shall be made for four officials nominated by the Corporation to visit the factory and conduct an inspection to verify the functionality, performance, and accuracy of the machines.
