1. As per the terms and conditions of the schedule, the bidder must have completed at least 50% of the total value Vehicle Overhauling or maintenance work in a single contract. 2. Attested copy of the VAT registration certificate, TIN & Income Tax certificate, Trade License must be submitted. 3. Vehicle Overhauling and maintenance material must genuine and original brand of mitsubsi of japan/thailand . Relevant supporting documents (purchase evidence if procured) must be submitted. 4. For verification purposes, the name and mobile number of the responsible officer/authorized person of the institution must be mentioned in the tender documents. 5. one year garranty and 2 year service Warranty certificate must be submitted by the supplier’s or workshop. 6. A Pay Order/Bank Draft of BDT 16500/- (sixteen thousand fiv hundred) in favor of Moulvibazar Palli Bidyut Samity must be submitted ( by e-gp system) with the tender as tender security (earnest money). 7. Bank commitment letter of (Financial Capacity Certificate ) BDT 550000/- (five lakhs fifty thousand) in favor of Moulvibazar Palli Bidyut Samity must be submitted. 8. Authority keeps right of checking product's sample before tender evaluation for product's authenticity. 9. All tools, equipment, and spare parts to be used for the repair of the pick-up vehicle must be genuine and of the original brand of mitsubsi. Before fitting or installation, all such tools, equipment, and spare parts must be shown to the designated officer of the PBS for inspection and verification. The parts shall be fitted/installed only after obtaining the officer’s approval for fitting.
