1. Motor model number (also marked in the catalog), Brand name and country of origin must be mentioned in the offer.
2. The tenderer must submit the manufacturer's original catalogue in English indicating manufacturing code & standard for GPFPLC required materials along with the offer and original printed catalogue in English indicating manufacturing code & standard.
3. The Tenderer must submit a declaration letter that the supplied items must be fully compiled as per technical specification and must match without any modification with GPFPLC supplied drawing.
4. One year warranty after confirmation of quality certificate (QC).
5. The bidder must submit an authorization certificate from the manufacturer/ Manufacturer authorized distributor along with the offer
6. Goods delivery confirmation Certificate from Manufacturer/ Manufacturer authorized distributor with the detailed address, e-mail, telephone, website etc. must be supplied at the time of material delivery.
7. Bidder are strongly advised to visit the factory site at GPFPLC before submitting their quotation to inspect the existing foundation, space layout and installation parameters. The cost of the visit shall be entirely at the bidder’s own expense.
8. The motor manufacturer dimensional drawing must be submitted along with the offer.
