Consultants shall have the legal capacity to enter into the contract under the Applicable law, shall have fulfilled its obligations to pay taxes and social security contributions under the laws and regulations of the country of origin, are not restrained or barred from participating in Public Procurement on grounds of poor performance in the past under any Contract, shall not be insolvent, be in receivership, be bankrupt, be in the process of bankruptcy, be not temporarily barred from undertaking business and it shall not be the subject of legal proceedings for any of the foregoing.

1. The firm should have at least 15 years of experience in handling and delivering similar kinds of assignments.
2. The firm should have experts on similar assignments, including wetlands and ECAs, PAs, natural resources or wetland management through community engagement.
3. Good track record for undertaking similar assignments in Bangladesh.
4. Completion of at least 01 similar contracts within last 10 years. Need to submit the proven documents of the relevant work.

1.  Firm’s profile and experience in similar assignments.
2. Last two (02) years Audited financial Statement along with Audit Reports there on and management report footnotes of accompany the financial statements.
3. Valid trade license or business registration certificate and/or corporate documents (Articles of Association and so on), TIN, BIN and VAT Registration certificate (valid legal documents).
