1) Minimum 01 (one) year warranty of delivered goods and service must be provided by the supplier. If found any difficulties/fault or any malfunction with these then supplier must replace the same at their own cost, risk & responsibilities within following ten days. 2) Supplier must provide In House Training & on job training of the whole system. 3) All items must integrate with our existing CCTV camera system. CCTV Camera, License for 60 Camera (Same as existing system), IP Horn Speaker should be same brand. 4) DB Box, All Fitting Accessories, Design & Drawing need prior approval from user. 5) Manufacturer Brochure/Catalog must be supplied along with the offer Supplied model should be clearly marked on Brochure/Catalog. 6) Must Provide Authorization Letter form Original Equipment Manufacturer/Authorized distributor for CCTV Camera & IP Horn Speaker. 7) Bidder must visit site before Tender Submission at their own cost. Appointment should be taken from user before the site visit.
8) Duration of supply with Installation & Commissioning job 120 days.
