1. The tenderer should have valid and up to dated i. Trade License, ii. VAT Registration/BIN certificate, iii. TIN certificate with return slip and iv. Electrical ABC License. 2. The tenderer should have similar work experience of Min. Tk. 5.00 Laks in a single work completion certificate over the last 5 (five) years at Power Grid/BPDB/DPDC/DESCO or equivalent govt. organization. 3. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderer shall be Tk 2.00 Laks and average annual turnover minimum Tk. 5.00 laks over the last three years.
