1.The Tenderer shall have i) Reputed Contactors/Construction firms with general experience in Civil works for minimum 05 (Five) years. ( Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT). ii) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 01 contract of Three storied building with Three storied foundation having civil, sanitary and electrical works successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 90.00 (Ninety Lac) in Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous organization of Bangladesh. iii) Minimum Average Annual Construction Turnover shall be greater than Tk. 1.00 (One crore) within the last 05 years. iv) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities Tk. 1.00 (One crore). v) The minimum tender capacity shall be TK. 80.00 (Eighty lac) only. vi) Up to date Valid Trade License. vii) Valid VAT Certificate/ BIN certificate. viii) Up to date Valid ABC class Electrical contractor and Supervisory License from the Electrical Licensing Board, Bangladesh. ix) Up to date valid income tax clearance certificate from NBR. 2. All other required qualifications, special terms & conditions of the tender are shown in the ITT, GCC & Tender Data Sheet (TDS). 3. If any condition is not fulfilled and documents are not submitted along with the tender, the bidder will be non-responsive. PPR 2025 and PPA 2006 shall be followed.
