Brief Description of assignment :	Rent of Vehicle for Rabindra University, Bangladesh
Experience, Resources and delivery capacity required :	1. Minimum 03 (Three) year experience of the related service 2. The vehicle's year of manufacture shall be 2014 or newer. 3. The supplied SUV/Jeep shall be available for round-the-clock use, seven days a week. 4. The rental contract shall remain valid for a period of 1 (one) year from the date of issuance of the work order. Subject to satisfactory performance and approval by the authority, the contract term may be extended. 5. The rented SUV/Jeep shall be permitted to travel anywhere within Bangladesh. 6. The supplied SUV/Jeep shall remain under the continuous operational control of the University Authority at all times. 7. The supplied SUV/Jeep must present a superior appearance, be in good running condition, and exhibit acceptable engine sound levels. The vehicle interior shall be of high quality, featuring foam seats upholstered with leather or premium covers, along with adequate legroom between seat rows. The vehicle must be equipped with a spare wheel and a toolkit. Additionally, the air conditioning system must operate silently. 8. The supplied SUV/Jeep must fully satisfy the tender specifications regarding its brand, model, chassis number, engine number, suspension condition, brake condition, engine sound, battery condition, air conditioning (with full gas charge), as well as steering type and condition. 9. Must keep all required documents with the vehicle, including vehicle registration, updated tax token, fitness certificate, insurance policy, and blue book. Furthermore, all documents must be renewed prior to their expiration date, and proof of renewal must be provided.
