1) This Invitation for Tenders is open to all potential Tenderer in Bangladesh.
2) Tenderer shall have the up-to-date valid Trade and ABC license(s) issued by the corresponding competent authority.
3) Tenderer shall have the up-to-date valid VAT, TAX return documents issued by the corresponding competent authority.
4) Tenderer shall have general working experience of at least 3(three) years.
5) Tenderer shall have at least 5 kWp solar system supply and installation work of at least one (1) contract successfully completed within the last 3(three) years, with a value of at least BDT 5(five) lac the completion experience documents issued by the Government/Semi-Gov. or Autonomous authority.
6) The annual average construction turnover shall be greater than BDT 8(eight) lac in the last 3 (three) years.
7) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be BDT 8(eight) lac.
8) All materials, equipment and associated services to be supplied under the Contract are from eligible sources.
9) The contractor or sub-contractor's work order is cancelled/ terminated in last 3(three) years by Power Grid due to failure of work completion will not be eligible in this tender.
