1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer as Prime Contractor, Subcontractor, or Management Contractor in the construction or dredging works shall be 5 (Five) years. 2. The Tenderer(s) should have own 02(two) no’s minimum 20" inches or more dia cutter suction dredger (s) in good and free condition. Tenderer(s) should also submit Registration, Up-to-date survey certificate of their dredgers and other ancillary craft. 3. The Tenderer (s) should submit Certificate/Authentic document mentioning the Dredger's suction diameter. 4. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in the dredging works under public sector at least 1 contract(s) of similar nature, successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 4.00 Crore. 5. The minimum required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 5.00 (five) Crore over the last 05 financial years. 6. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 2.50 Crore. 7. The minimum Tender Capacity of the Tenderer shall be Tk 3.50 Crore. 8. The tenderer(s) should have to submit a detail information in tabular form regarding already deployed, commitment on deployment and free dredger. 9. The tenderer(s) must have up-to-date Trade License; TIN Certificate and Tax clearance certificate or acknowledgment receipt of tax return; VAT Registration Certificate etc. 10. And other conditions stated in STD.
