Information for Tenderer/Consultant :

Eligibility of Tenderer :	1. The Tenderers must have minimum 05 (Five) years of general experience of construction works. 2. Having experience as a Prime Contractor in successful completion of at least 1(one) Number of similar nature of work of minimum Tk. 18.00 Lac in a single contract in Government/Semi Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 05 (Five) years. In case of the work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer. In case of the work done under any Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done. 3. The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 05 (Five) years of Tk. 14.00 Lac. Payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover. 4. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk Tk. 15.00 Lac. Specific credit commitment letter submitted by the tenderer must be unconditional and issued in the format as specified in Form e-PW2A-8 without alteration from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh. 5. The minimum Tender Capacity of the Tenderer shall have Tk 18.00 Lac. 6. The Tenderer must enclose VAT registration certificate, up-to-date income tax clearance certificate, up to-date trade license, return slip of Assessment year mentioned in TDS, and Audit report for the past 1 year. 7. All other conditions as mentioned in TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
